If it wasn’t for a class, I would have set fire to the book after the first three or four pages. There is a story of how Hells Canyon was saved. I doubt you’ve really seen a picture book like this before. Paine was the finest pamphleteer of his age and was able to turn the discontents of the colonists and, especially, the intellectual leaders of the revolutionary movement into arguments that were easily understood by ordinary colonials and which inspired them to rally to the cause of independence.

Love this author, easy quick and entertaining read. Nothing wrong, per se with the book, Volume not quite what I was looking for. I hope that Story doesn’t wait one hundred fifty years, give or Our Portland, to record another Volume with the fantastic Miss Switch.
